We’re seeking an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support HR operations and recruitment processes. You’ll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience. About The Role You’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle—from job ads and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers—while maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You’ll also coordinate onboarding, assist with HR reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination Maintain ATS and candidate records Provide administrative support to the COO Assist with HR documentation and compliance Support employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration What We’re Looking For Experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ready to join us?
