This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established travel wholesaler where you will lead a high-performing reservations team and help deliver exceptional service to travel agents and their clients. In this role, you’ll lead a reservations team, developing their skills, lifting service standards, and supporting them to meet performance goals while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
