The roleSecurity is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place for our guests through maintaining a culture of care and excellence.As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing frontline security services in a professional, customer focused manner to ensure the safety and security of Crown Perth’s customers, employees, and property. Your conflict resolution and problem-solving skills will allow you to improve our colleagues and customers experience.In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:Checking ID and ensuring patrons adhere to dress code.Addressing undesirable behaviour.Escorting staff and patrons to vehicles when required.Preventing violent and disorderly behaviour.Assisting patrons who wish to be self-barred from the Casino.Providing support in medical emergencies.Assisting in the transfers of money and chips.About youYou’ll bring the following:Excellent communication skills with the ability to defuse potential conflict.Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and busy environmentAdditional Information
We are currently offering
