As a result of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially‑minded Financial Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing business. You will have flexibility, accountability, and the support to grow in your role. Your role will include: Leading all financial management, reporting, tax and compliance Managing product costing, variance analysis, and partnering with operations on manufacturing performance metrics Owning budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and working capital Supporting operational and commercial decision‑making Coaching and mentoring a team of four across accounting and finance (Accountant, Credit Controller, Supply Chain Finance Analyst, Finance Intern) Championing system improvements, automation, and process control What we’re looking for: CA or CPA qualified 5+ years in financial/management accounting with 2+ years in leadership Manufacturing or industrial sector experience – costing essential ERP system experience and strong Excel skills A practical, hands‑on approach and the confidence to lead A mindset that balances rigour with collaboration and commercial thinking Effective communicator to discuss financial concepts to business partners Why join Crosbe?
