We are looking for a HR & Talent Intern (f/m/d) that would like to get first-hand HR experience and rock a few employee events

Aufgaben

As an HR & Talent intern (f/m/d) at Grassfish, you will get the opportunity to use your knowledge – or your interest - in practice and get an insight into our everyday life.

  • You will learn and get involved in the operative and strategic side of a HR department in a fast-paced global tech firm
  • After an induction period, you will feel comfortable taking on some administration duties, and get involved in the whole employee lifecycle
  • You love a good event and use your knowledge of event organising to look after our winter party, our Grassfish Olympics, and possible more events
Qualifikation

For us, internships are a way to bring new perspectives into the business, widen the interest for the company, and that future talents have a great learning curve. Whilst only with us for a couple of weeks, you can make a real impact This role requires someone with fluent German and good English knowledge and if you have previously organised an event or two (even a private house party) then this will be beneficial

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is as per the collective agreement is €1,198 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). However, the total package depends on if it’s a compulsory internship (please mention this in your application) or summer internship.
