Bitmovin is on the lookout for a part-time HR Intern who is passionate about making a difference in the workplace. If you're eager to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and lay a solid foundation for your career in Human Resources, we've got the perfect role for you.
As an HR Intern, you will play a supportive role in our Human Resources department for 20 hours a week, assisting with a range of tasks from recruitment to performance management. This is a dynamic opportunity to understand HR operations within a hands-on learning environment, where your contributions will directly impact our team's success.
Your Impact
You will make an impact that matters by:
Assisting with recruitment efforts, including position briefs, workforce planning, job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Supporting the People Team in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participating in organizing and executing employee engagement and welfare activities. Helping to manage and update HR databases with employee information. Engage in projects that enhance your analytical, administrative, and organizational skills, especially those requiring numerical analysis and data management in Excel/spreadsheets.
What can you bring
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field. Topical vocational experience/ courses are also considered. Good administrative and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English and confidence using German, both written and verbal. Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets and working with numbers. Good time management skills with the capability to prioritize work effectively. Commitment to a part-time schedule with a precise working style. A strong interest in extending the internship after 6 months, demonstrating commitment and engagement.You don’t have experience with all the points above?
