ATRACT is a cooperative for fair tourism and your career specialist in the tourism industry. We find the right offer for you and support you in your career journey - long-term and sustainably.

We "match" based on your personality, career aspirations, and professional experience. At ATRACT, you can choose from various offers from hotels within the cooperative and from different areas such as SERVICE, KITCHEN, HOUSEKEEPING, RECEPTION, or CHILDCARE.
(Salaries are quoted as net salaries.)

Tasks

Depending on the area and work experience, your tasks will vary. Your tasks naturally include the well-being of the guests. Customer satisfaction is the goal and specifically, you have to make sure that the organizational processes in the assigned area run as smoothly as possible.

Requirements
  • EU citizenship
  • 3 months work experience in the chosen field
  • Minimum english B1 level
  • German language skills desired - required in some areas (management positions, reception etc.).
