- Analyse und Erhebung spezifischer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Banken und Zahlungsmittel
- Erstellen und Dokumentieren detaillierter Spezifikationen für die IT-Entwicklung
- Enge Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den Entwicklungsteams, um die hohe Qualität und Sicherheit im Finanzbereich sicherzustellen
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Anforderungs-Lifecycle: von der Erhebung über die Konzeption bis hin zum Testing
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Kommunikation, sowohl auf fachlicher als auch auf technischer Ebene
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Zahlungsverkehrsumfeld
- Technisches Verständnis und fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen und SQL
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams und im agilen Umfeld
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Attraktives Gehaltspaket ab 60.000 € mit Möglichkeit zur Überzahlung (bis 85.000 €) je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
