Your mission at RBI
Develop and implement strategies to foster a sustainable high-performing culture within the organization Promote resilience and mental health initiatives to support employee well-being Collaborate with teams and conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and opportunities Design, develop, and deliver learning and development (L&D) programs that align with our organizational goals Work closely with leadership to align organizational development strategies and develop change concepts to drive organizational growth Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and development
Your core competencies
University degree potentially with a focus on psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or comparable qualification Several years of experience in leadership development, organizational development or similar work experience Good understanding of team- and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required. Mature personality, able to provide sparring to senior leaders and ability to establish trustful relationships in all areas of the business and at all levels Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment Team player, well-organized with an exceptional follow-through and supportive nature
