Your role at RBI
Data Governance & Quality Control: Taking charge of project support and control, ensuring data governance, data quality, and BCBS 239 compliance across RBI's diverse project landscape. Setting the Standards: Leading the preparation and development of data governance and data quality standards, guidelines, methods, and processes. You will be the architect of excellence in data management. Driving Strategic Initiatives: Managing strategic data quality governance measures and projects that will shape the future of our data ecosystem, enabling smarter decisions and enhancing our competitive edge. Reporting with Impact: Providing regular data governance and data quality reports to decision-making bodies, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Monitoring Performance: Defining and monitoring data governance KPIs, ensuring that we continually raise the bar in our data quality and governance efforts. Empowering the Team: Collaborating with the business to define Data Quality checks and conducting training sessions to raise awareness and empower our staff to become data-driven champions.
