Die Abteilung Marketing Automation beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von datengetriebenen Direktkommunikationen und ist für die Steuerung und die Erfolgsmessung der durchgeführten Aktivitäten verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen im Bereich stellst du die durchgängige Messung der Performance von CRM-Maßnahmen sicher. Die starke Schnittstellenfunktion zu bereichsübergreifenden Abteilungen ermöglicht dir spannende Einblicke in weitere Bereiche der Erste Bank und Sparkasse.
Deine Tasks
Verantwortung für das Reporting der entwickelten CRM-Initiativen Erstellung und Pflege von innovativen AD-Hoc bzw. Standardreports für die Steuerung und Effizienzmessung von CRM-Initiativen Sicherstellen einer performanten Produktion der Reports durch laufende Verbesserungen in der bestehenden Infrastruktur inklusive Qualitätssicherung und Monitoring Zuständigkeit für die Steuerung von neuen Reportinganfragen inklusive Demand Management (Spezifikation, Testen und Vorstellung in diversen Gremien) Vorantreiben einer state-of-the-art CRM Reporting-Architektur innerhalb des Bereichs Erstellung von automatisierten Event-Kampagnen für Firmenkund:innen gemeinsam mit Target Group Campaigning
Dein Background
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Sourcesystemen (Oracle, SAS) Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools (z.B.: SAS VA, Tableau oder ähnliche) Programmierkenntnisse notwendig (SQL, SAS Base) Know How in der Umsetzung von komplexen Reports inkl. Monitoring und Qualitätssicherung Verhandlungssicheres Englisch Lösungsorientiert, teamfähig, kreativ und innovativ
