Als Client Leadership Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die strategische Mediaberatung für alle Mediagattungen verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: Entwicklung von digitalen Mediastrategien mit Blick auf die Zielerreichung des Kunden Strategische Beratung und eigenständige Verantwortung für Kundenbudgets und -projekte Kampagnenmanagement und Optimierung nach Performance und Zielerfüllung Selbstständige Erstellung der Mediaplanung inkl. Präsentation Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs, Identifizierung von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und Trend- sowie Fokusthemen Briefings mit dem Kunden sowie laufende Kontrolle und Reporting der Media-Kennzahlen Fachliche Anleitung und Know-How Transfer an juniorige Team Member
Das zeichnet dich aus:
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Wirtschafts-/Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Kampagnen-Management (Performance Optimierung), idealerweise über alle Mediagattungen hinweg Kommunikatives und souveränes Auftreten Verhandlungssichere Deutsch sowie Englisch Kenntnisse Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel und Power-PointDarüber hinaus bist du: #teamfähig #souverän #lösungorientiert #innovativ

Wir bieten ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab 49000 € (Basis 38,5 Std.) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
