Das bewegen Sie:

In dieser zusätzlich neugeschaffenen spannenden Position, die aufgrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicklung notwendig ist, sind Sie gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Kollegen für die Definition und Umsetzung der internationalen Warengruppen-, Einkaufs- & Lieferantenstrategie für Frachten (sowohl national als auch cross border) innerhalb der Österreichischen Post und Ihrer internationalen Beteiligungen verantwortlich. Es fällt Ihnen leicht, komplexe Beschaffungsprozesse zu realisieren. Des Weiteren beinhaltet Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich folgende Aufgaben:

Führen von komplexen Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Vertragsabschluss inkl. Vertragsmanagement in Deutsch und Englisch Persönliche Weiterentwicklung des spezifischen Lieferantennetzwerks Entwicklung von Transportkonzepten gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb zur Generierung von Zusatzgeschäften Entwicklung von Strategien für die entsprechende Warengruppe Laufende Lieferanten- und Risikobewertung Stetige Verbesserung der Einkaufsprozesse Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern Weiterentwicklung einer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie in der Category

Das bringen Sie dafür mit:

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich (Uni/FH, HTL, HAK bzw. Fachschule oder adäquate Lehrausbildung mit Abschluss) mit mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion oder als Disponent einer Spedition, machen Sie zu einer perfekten Besetzung. Des Weiteren bringen Sie Erfahrungen in folgenden Themengebieten mit:

Sehr guten Überblick vom österreichischen und/oder europäischen Frächtermarkt in den Bereichen FTL und LTL mit Planen- und Kofferfahrzeugen. Mit Begriffen wie Systemverkehre oder paarige Verkehre sind sie vertraut Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Frachten Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Frachtkonzepten von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Verhandlungstechniken Kenntnisse im Bereich Paket-Dienstleistungen von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie starkes Durchhaltevermögen Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Skills Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
