Für unseren Kunden - einen etablierten und innovativen IT-Dienstleister - suchen wir einen Senior Network & Security Engineer (m/w/d), der aktiv zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen möchte.
Aufgabenbereich- Direkter Kontakt zu Bestands- und Projektkunden, sowohl online als auch vor Ort.
- Beratung, Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Security- und Netzwerkprojekten.
- Proaktives Service und Monitoring bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen im Netzwerkbereich.
- Bearbeitung von Service- und Change Requests im 2nd und 3rd Level Support.
- Aneignung tiefer Expertise in einem gewählten Fachgebiet und Weitergabe dieses Wissens.
- Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe und Technologien.
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Universität).
- Mindestens 5-jährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
- Weitere Zertifizierungen wie CCNA, etc. sowie exzellentes Fachwissen in den Bereichen. Routing, Switching, WLAN, Cyber Security Operations sowie Next Generation Firewalls.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich.
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Kundenübergreifende Betreuung in agilen IT-Teams
- Umfangreiche Karriere-Entwicklung mit persönlichen Spezialisierungsmöglichkeiten
- Flache Hierarchien und agile Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten (Ideen sind immer willkommen)
- Weiterbildung durch Teilnahme an Hersteller-Schulungen und Zertifizierungen
- Gleitzeit in Abstimmung mit deinem Team
- Präsenz und Homeoffice in zweckmäßigem Verhältnis
- Modernes Office mitten im Grünen mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung (U4, Schönbrunn)
- Mitarbeiterküche, Kaffeebar, Terrasse - so wird die Mittagspause zur Erholung
