Für unseren Kunden - einen etablierten und innovativen IT-Dienstleister - suchen wir einen Senior Network & Security Engineer (m/w/d), der aktiv zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen möchte.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Direkter Kontakt zu Bestands- und Projektkunden, sowohl online als auch vor Ort.
  • Beratung, Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Security- und Netzwerkprojekten.
  • Proaktives Service und Monitoring bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen im Netzwerkbereich.
  • Bearbeitung von Service- und Change Requests im 2nd und 3rd Level Support.
  • Aneignung tiefer Expertise in einem gewählten Fachgebiet und Weitergabe dieses Wissens.
  • Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe und Technologien.
Gewünschte Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Universität).
  • Mindestens 5-jährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
  • Weitere Zertifizierungen wie CCNA, etc. sowie exzellentes Fachwissen in den Bereichen. Routing, Switching, WLAN, Cyber Security Operations sowie Next Generation Firewalls.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich.
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
