Unsere “Internal Communication” Abteilung ist die Schnittstelle zwischen der Firmenzentrale und Ländern in der ganzen Welt, welche den Erfolg der Medien in unserem Marketing-Mix ermöglicht, stärkt und zelebriert.

Wir suchen eine außergewöhnliche Persönlichkeit, welche Teil unseres Teams werden möchte, um Onboarding-Prozesse zu verbessern, Schulungen und interne Tools zu übersehen. Wir suchen dich ab Januar 2025 für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten.

Stellenbeschreibung

ONBOARDING & SCHULUNGEN

Während deines Praktikums wirst du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Onboarding-Prozesse sowohl für die Firmenzentrale als auch für die Märkte in den Ländern arbeiten. Außerdem wirst du das Schulungsangebot der verschiedenen Abteilungen überwachen und die Teams bei der Umsetzung unterstützen.

INTERNE TOOLS

In dieser spannenden Rolle wirst du die redaktionelle und strukturelle Pflege unseres Intranets übernehmen und all unsere Verfasser unterstützen. Du wirst auch für das wöchentliche Update unserer digitalen Poster verantwortlich sein, um das interne Bewusstsein in unseren Abteilungen zu stärken.

WEBINAR

Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Planung, Produktion und Bearbeitung unserer Webinare spielen, welche alle 2 Monate stattfinden.

MEDIA SUMMIT

Du wirst uns bei der Planung und Durchführung unseres jährlichen Media Summit unterstützen.

Qualifikationen

Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien oder verwandte Studiengänge.

Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office-Paket.

Erfahrung mit Grafikdesign ist von Vorteil.

Hervorragende Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten.

Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details, begeisterter und motivierter Teamplayer.
