Für unseren Wiener Standort suchen wir einen Team Lead Accounts Payable (all genders) , der sich unseres aktuell 10-köpfigen Teams vor Ort annimmt.

Deine Aufgaben:

Fokus: Warenlieferanten Überwachung und fortlaufende Optimierung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts und der damit verbunden Prozesse und Systeme Vorbereitung von Fachkonzepten und deren Umsetzungsüberwachung Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich Interdisziplinäre Projektarbeit zur Verbesserung von existierenden Prozessen und Systemen in SAP Konstanter Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Invoice Inspection, General Ledger, Controlling, Purchase Steering, Vendor Management und VAT Schnittstelle zu Treasury für Cashflow-Forecast und Zahlungsmanagement Einhaltung von Deadlines im Rahmen der Monatsabschlüsse

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/MM Mindestens fünf Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Kreditorenmanagement, idealerweise bei einem international ausgerichteten Handelsunternehmen Erfahrung in Projektmanagement Sehr gute Microsoft-Excel Kenntnisse Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
