Job Description
Administration of the accounts payable area of several Austrian companies Recording, account assignment and posting of domestic and foreign supplier invoices Preparation of the weekly payment run in coordination with colleagues Efficient communication with our suppliers and internal partners Account reconciliation and master data maintenance Filing and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Successfully completed business degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision an advantage Strong numerical skills, accuracy and ability to work in a team Excellent knowledge in German and English
