- Verantwortlich für die Identifikation, Bewertung und Überwachung von operativen Risiken im gesamten Unternehmen, insbesondere im Bereich der nicht-finanziellen Risiken.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Risikominderungsstrategien und -richtlinien zur Gewährleistung einer robusten und resilienten Organisation.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, um Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Szenario-Tests zur Vorhersage potenzieller Risikoprobleme.
- Beratung der Führungskräfte und Fachabteilungen bei der Implementierung von Risiko-Management-Prozessen.
- Erstellen von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Senior Management zur Risikosituation und -entwicklung.
- Überwachung der Einhaltung interner und externer Vorschriften, regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Kontrollen.
- Weiterentwicklung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern zu Themen rund um Operational Risk und Risikomanagement.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Risk Management, vorzugsweise in einer internationalen Bank oder Beratung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Non-Financial Risk, einschließlich betrieblichem Risikomanagement, Cybersecurity, Datenschutz und rechtlichen Risken.
- Erfahrung mit der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Risiko-Management-Prozessen in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten und mehrere Stakeholder zu koordinieren.
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist.
- Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 70.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
