DEINE ROLLE

Du übernimmst in unserem Experience-Design-Team eine tragende Rolle für die Konzeption von Kommunikation.

  • Analyse und Entwicklung von Zielgruppen (mit Hilfe von Personas, Segmenten, etc.).
  • Gestaltung von Zielgruppen gerechten Kommunikationsstrategien.
  • Recherche, Konzeption und Gestaltung von Kommunikation entlang der gesamten digitalen Customer Journey.
  • Erarbeitung von Content-Strategien (Tone-of-Voice, Kommunikations-Botschaften, Governance, Prozesse).
  • UX Writing: Texten von Headlines und Copy, Call to Actions, Meta-Texte, etc.
  • Redaktionsplanung für Social Media und Newsletter.
  • Kreation von Social Media Beiträgen. 
  • Social Media Monitoring, Reporting und Redaktion.
  • Konzeption von Storyboards für Videoproduktionen.
  • Erstellung von Briefings und Zusammenarbeit mit Designern.
  • Projektleitung und Steuerung von Produktions-Partnern. 
  • Kontinuierliches Stakeholder Management.
  • Proof-Reading und Quality Assurance von Kommunikations-Liefergegenständen.
  • Moderation von Workshops unter der Anwendung von Kreativmethoden.

DEIN PROFIL

Du bist Kommunikations-Profi mit Erfahrungen in Digitalisierung und/oder digitaler Transformation.

  • Du hast einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder Studium in Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbaren Schwerpunkten.
  • Eine Berufserfahrung von 3 Jahre ist uns wichtig, damit du schon Praxiserfahrung sammeln konntest. Idealerweise konntest du schon die Luft in Agenturen schnuppern.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kommunikationsstrategien und kundenzentrierter Kommunikation mit. 
  • Du bringst die notwendige Kreativität und konzeptionelle Stärke für die Entwicklung von digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln mit.
  • Texten auf verschiedenen Sprachniveaus in Deutsch und Englisch für Marketing Materialen (z.B. eMails, One-Pager, Websites, Erklärvideos) fällt dir leicht und machst du gerne.
  • In deiner eigenen Kommunikation bis du klar, freundlich und empathisch.
  • Du kannst Projekte managen und kennst Tools, Methoden und diverse Tricks für den Projekterfolg.
  • Insgesamt hast du ein gutes Auge für das Detail.
  • Da wir in der Digitalwirtschaft aktiv sind, wäre es sehr von Vorteil, wenn du Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung in digitaler Kommunikation mitbringst.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch wie deine Muttersprache und hast ein stabiles Business Englisch.
