In dieser verantwortungsvollen Teamleitungsrolle berichten Sie direkt an den CFO der Holding und haben einen breiten Gestaltungsspielraum in der Entwicklung der Abteilung Rechnungswesen.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilung Accounting mit 5 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an den CFO der Holding
  • Verantwortung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Bilanzierung sämtlicher Konzerngesellschaften
  • Konzernkonsolidierung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Abteilung hinsichtlich Automatisierung und KI
  • Federführende Mitarbeit in der Implementierung eines neuen FIBU-Systems
  • Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle für Wirtschaftsprüfer und externe Berater
Qualifikation
  • geschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium (FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Bilanzierungskenntnisse im Konzernumfeld
  • Bestmöglich erste Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich (Accounting, Controlling, Buchhaltung, IT)
  • Analytisches Denken, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Offenheit für Innovationen, Feingespür und Gestaltungswille
  • Starke IT-Kompetenz und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)
