Da wir weiterhin expandieren, suchen wir einen hoch motivierten und erfahrenen Senior Product Manager zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Als solcher wirst du die Produktstrategie mitgestalten und damit zum Erfolg unseres Mobile Wallets beitragen und es unseren funktionsübergreifenden Teams ermöglichen, kundenorientierte Lösungen anzubieten, die die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und deren Kunden auf der ganzen Welt übertreffen.


Deine Aufgaben
  • Leite Initiativen im Rahmen der Produktstrategie ab und wirke aktiv an der Gestaltung der Produkt-Roadmap mit
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie mit ihren Strategien den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus unserem Produkt ziehen können
  • Definiere neue und innovative Produktfeatures gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Engineering, UX/UI Design und Marketing. Stelle außerdem sicher, dass unser Sales Team den Wert und das Potenzial des Produkts zu vermitteln versteht
  • Agiere als interner und externer Botschafter für das Produkt und sei die Hauptansprechperson für Anfragen zum Produkt
  • Beobachte und analysiere Branchen- und Marktentwicklungen sowie die Performance unseres Produktes am Markt
  • Beteiligung an abteilungsübergreifenden Themen im Bereich Cybersecurity

Requirements

Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Produktmanager im Bereich für digitale Produkte in der FinTech-, Payment- oder Banking-Industrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt mobile Anwendungen
  • Vorzugsweise: Erfahrung in Design Thinking, Lean Product Management und mit agilen Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit mit einem datengestützten Ansatz zur Entscheidungsfindung
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Unsere Gehaltsspanne für diese Position beginnt bei 56.500,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Das tatsächliche Angebot hängt von deinen Fähigkeiten und deiner Erfahrung ab und kann deutlich höher ausfallen.
