(at least) apprenticeship or technical college degree Experience with repairs or in production of metal structure and tooling is an advantage Experience with jobs on a lathe and milling machine (conventional and CNC) is needed Welding certificate/knowledge of welding practices would be an advantage Able to work independently and with accuracy Experience in aviation industry would be an advantage  Team-oriented, flexible and able to cope with pressure Communicative personality Willingness for shift work (night and weekends) Readiness for further training English skills (written and spoken), German skills would be an advantage Driving license Unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
