Als Teil unserer globalen Supply Chain ist der Bereich "Global Logistics" dafür verantwortlich, einen effektiven, nachhaltigen und kosteneffizienten Logistikfluss für unsere Getränke und Visibility Items weltweit zu gewährleisten. Um unsere Lösungen weiter zu verbessern, suchen wir einen "Senior Logistics Specialist", welcher unser Team verstärkt.

In dieser Funktion bist Du der Wegbereiter für innovative Supply Chain Lösungen. Du optimierst Prozesse und leitest die Implementierung innovativer Logistiklösungen für eine ganzheitliche Sichtweise. Du analysierst das Logistiknetzwerk, um Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Risikominderungen zu finden. Dabei arbeitst du weltweit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und unseren Tochtergesellschaften zusammen und bist DER Logistikexperte bei der Gestaltung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien zusammen mit der Einheit "Group Sustainability".

Stellenbeschreibung

OPTIMIERUNG DER LOGISTIK

In dieser Funktion stellst du sicher, dass unsere Logistik das geforderte Serviceniveau erbringt und die Bedürfnisse unserer internen und externen Kunden erfüllt. Dazu identifizierst du potenzielle Engpässe und Lücken in den bestehenden Logistikprozessen und leitest Maßnahmen zu deren Verbesserung ab. Anschließend leitest Du diese Optimierungsinitiativen gemeinsam mit unseren Tochtergesellschaften und stellst sicher, dass alle Änderungen in den Logistikprozessen kosteneffizient und nachhaltig umgesetzt werden.

PROJEKTLEITUNG

Nachdem Du Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten identifiziert hast, leitest du die Projekte von Beginn bis zur Implementierung. Außerdem leitst Du auch die Implementierung von Technologie- und Innovationsinitiativen. Dazu gehört auch das Testen der implementierten Lösungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die entsprechenden Projekte ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt werden, Ergebnisse liefern und die Qualität unserer Lösungen erhalten bleibt.

NACHHALTIGKEIT

Nachhaltigkeit ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Handelns. Daher wird ein wichtiger Teil deiner Rolle auch darin bestehen, unsere Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie für die Logistik in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftseinheit "Group Sustainability" weiterzuentwickeln und umzusetzen.

REPORTING & KPIS

Schließlich leitest Du auch Benchmark-Analysen für interne und externe Prozesse und Stakeholder (z. B. 3PLs, Co-Packer, Tochtergesellschaften), die du dafür nutzt, Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung zu initiieren.

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Logistik oder gleichwertig

Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertige Qualifikationen im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Management, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der FMCG Industrie

Sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Ganzheitliche Sichtweise von Prozessen und Erfahrung in Change-Management-Projekten

Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen von Projektmanagement-Tools

Gute Kenntnisse in allen MS-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Power Point) sind ein Muss, Programmierkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Kenntnisse von SAP R/3 oder S/4 sind ein Muss

Starke anlytische Fähigkeiten

Fließendes Englisch ist ein Muss. Deutsch ist ein Vorteil

Zusätzliche Informationen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2,602 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
