Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to ensure competitiveness in the market Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and line managers on compensation matters Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to administer employee benefits programs Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits Monitor market trends and best practices to recommend improvements or modifications to compensation and benefits programs Participate in global HR projects, such as job architecture design or HR system implementations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits practicesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global environment Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and market trends Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary review processes (Willis Towers Watson) Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and administration for Europe and USA Proficient in data analysis and interpretation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Tables, Power Query, ...)Benefits
