Über die Rolle

Als AML Specialist bei 21bitcoin leitest du unsere Bemühungen zur Verhinderung von Finanzkriminalität und stellst gleichzeitig die Compliance-Integrität sicher. Du koordinierst und entwickelst wichtige Strategien zur Bekämpfung von Finanzkriminalität und treibst so die Exzellenz unserer AML-Operationen voran.

Aufgaben
  • Koordinierung und Strategieentwicklung: Entwicklung unserer Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Finanzkriminalität
  • Laufende Due Diligence: Durchführung und Beaufsichtigung kontinuierlicher Due-Diligence-Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Vorgänge den aufsichtsrechtlichen Standards entsprechen.
  • AML-Berichterstattung: Sorgfältige Erfüllung aller AML-Meldepflichten unter Einhaltung der von der österreichischen Aufsichtsbehörde (FMA) vorgeschriebenen Standards.
  • Schulung und Entwicklung: Erstellung und Durchführung von maßgeschneiderten Trainingsprogrammen, um das Wissen und die Effektivität des Teams im AML-Bereich zu verbessern.
  • Geldwäschebeauftragter: Beaufsichtigung der AML- und Compliance-Aspekte der MiCAR-Lizenz, Übernahme der Verantwortung als Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Qualifikation
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch: Muttersprache, Englisch: Fließend
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bekämpfung von Finanzkriminalität (AML)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Durchführung gründlicher Ermittlungen, der Einreichung von SARs, der Überwachung von Transaktionen, der Überprüfung von Sanktionen und der Überprüfung von PEPs und Adverse Media
  • Technische Kenntnisse: Vertrautheit mit AML-Transaktionsüberwachungs- und Berichtstools wie Hawk AI, GoAML, Chainalysis, Scorechain, Elliptic oder Notabene
  • Eine AML-bezogene oder ähnliche branchenweit anerkannte Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kundensupport ist ein großes Plus
  • Eine Eigentümermentalität mit einem kreativen Ansatz zur Problemlösung und der Bereitschaft, die Initiative zu ergreifen

Our international team, which works at locations in Salzburg and Vienna, combines extensive knowledge of Bitcoin and the financial industry with know-how of digital business models as well as technical and legal knowledge.
