Dein Job
  • Als Standortleiter/in (City Operations Manager) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für unser Hub in Wien und das gesamte operative Geschäft der Fahrer-Flotte, dabei leitest Du ein Team aus Hub Koordinatoren vor Ort.
  • Coaching, Performance Management, Motivation und Feedback Gespräche werden Teil Deines Daily Business sein.
  • Du bist eigenverantwortlich für die Local Ops Performance Deiner Stadt. Dabei behältst Du jederzeit unsere KPIs im Blick und wertest diese täglich aus.
  • Mit Deinem Hub Team arbeitest Du an internen Prozessoptimierungen und strukturierten Abläufen und stehst dabei im ständigen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen wie Sales, Disposition, Recruiting und Human Resources um zusammen das Beste aus Deiner Stadt herauszuholen.
  • Du bist für den kompletten Aufbau Deiner Fahrer-Flotte, deren Planung und Management verantwortlich.
  • Das gesamte Office Management wird von dir gesteuert und koordiniert.
  • Getreu dem Motto "Best Practices Sharing" stehst Du im engen Austausch mit Deinen Kollegen aus anderen Standorten.

Dein Profil
  • Du bringst 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations/Logistik/ Standortleitung mit und hast Lust, Ownership für unseren Standort Wien zu übernehmen.
  • Mit Deiner Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams weißt Du, wie Du Deine Kollegen motivieren und weiterentwickeln kannst.
  • Fließende Deutsch- als auch Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen mit einem komplexen Stakeholder Management mit und hast dafür sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Durch eine selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise fühlst Du Dich in einem dynamischen und manchmal stressigen Umfeld wohl und behältst stets einen klaren Kopf.
  • Lean-Methoden sowie verwandte Techniken sind Dir nicht unbekannt.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office/Google Sheets zum Bauen von Reports und Erstellen eigener Analysen.
