What to do:
Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions Supporting in in the resolution of operations incidents Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape

Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams Passion for business processes and continuous learning. Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
