IT Service Architect – Workplace (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
Define, design, and orchestrate continuous implementation and adaption of workplace services in the area of endpoint management (Workplace strategy, hardware basket, central software distribution & virtual desktop infrastructure) Develop and maintain a yearly roadmap for workplace services to ensure proper planning, lifecycle management, and implementation of services. Evaluate and streamline existing infrastructure related to workplace services, with the aim of centralizing and supporting both current and future services Work closely with other IT Infrastructure team members, IT staff, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop centralized solutions, and optimize workplace services. Identify areas for process improvements and introduce new, standard services while exploring automation options and sustainable operation models Align the Workplace strategy with IT management objectives, communicate progress, and report key performance indicators related to workplace services. Monitor and controlcosts associated with workplace services, seeking opportunities to optimize spendingwithin the area of responsibility
Your Profile
Completed Education or proven work experience in workplace and core infrastructure services Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client and endpoint management Ability to abstract and overlook complex IT dependencies and legacy setups Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and experience working with them Self-organized, open-minded, and result-driven work approach Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders High level of personal integrity Proficiency in written and verbal English; German proficiency is advantageous
