Process Optimization: Develop and implement improved workflows and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
Sales Operations Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and streamline key operational functions, including sales pipelines, order processing, and contract management.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate commercial data in our CRM system (Hubspot) and other tools. Generate reports and provide insights to help guide decision-making and strategy.
Forecasting and Analysis: Support saes forecasting and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure optimal resource allocation and business performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure that commercial operations are aligned with broader business goals and timelines.
Contract Management and Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal audits and external review.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within commercial operations and suggest new tools or methods to enhance overall efficiency.
Customer Coordination: Assist in managing customer inquiries related to orders and contracts, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business process management.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data management platforms like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Analytical mindset with experience in managing and interpreting data to drive insights and recommendations.
The salary range for this position is € 55K to € 64K gross/year and we look at factors like your experience and individual qualifications to determine our offer, which includes benefits like an educational and wellness budget, remote work possibilities, and working from home, flexible working hours, paid time for volunteer work, an endless stream of really great coffee, and much more.
