We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of CRM to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing CRM initiatives, a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

What you'll do

  1. CRM Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for the Group brands.
    • Define and implement customer segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies to optimise marketing efforts.
  2. Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
    • Design and implement effective onboarding, engagement, and reactivation campaigns.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Leverage customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform CRM strategies and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure CRM efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance CRM capabilities and technologies.
  7. Technology and Tools:
    • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of CRM tools and technologies.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives and report on campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance and opportunities for improvement.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in CRM management, preferably within the iGaming or fintech industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful CRM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Passion for the iGaming industry and a customer-centric mindset.
