Ihre Verantwortung

Sie verantworten ein erfolgreiches gruppenweites HR Reporting (von Adhoc-Reports bis zu jährlichen Reportings). Sie bauen ein gruppenweites HR KPI-Dashboards in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und externen Partnern auf und setzen dieses in weiterer Folge um. Sie führen Analysen von gruppenweiten HR Daten durch, interpretieren diese und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmenvorschläge ab. Sie steuern und koordinieren das Thema People Analytics konzernweit und sind Ansprechpartner:in für die Ländereinheiten. Sie sind Teil des HR IT Group Teams und somit mitverantwortlich für das Applikationsmanagement des gruppenweiten HR Systems. Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit Ihrem Team in der Schweiz ab (virtuell und mittels regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit in die Schweiz).

Ihre Qualifikation

Studium oder Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im (HR) Data Analytics Bereich Erfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung, im Applikationsmanagement oder als Applikation Owner, Product Owner (SAP Success Factors) wünschenswert Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit kundenorientiertem Denken und Handeln Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Italienisch, Spanisch und Französisch von Vorteil
