Employee Safety Trainer (m/w/d) - Wien, Teilzeit, 23 Wochenstunden

Das wirst Du bei uns bewegen:

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion bist Du für die Vermittlung des erforderlichen Fachwissens im Bereich Sicherheit an Monteure und Servicetechniker im Rahmen von Schulungen verantwortlich.

Zu Deinem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet zählen folgende Tätigkeiten:

Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung lokaler Trainingsangebote, inkl. Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Trainingsdokumenten und Schulungsunterlagen Ausbildung neuer Servicetechniker und Monteure im Rahmen der Basisausbildung sowie Durchführung von wiederkehrenden Sicherheitsschulungen Ausarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Trainingsdokumenten und Schulungsunterlagen  Einleitung und Umsetzung von lokalen oder global initiierten People Safety Initiativen 

Alternativ kann diese Stelle in Kombination mit der Tätigkeit als Employee Safety Expert:in auch Vollzeit ausgeübt werden. Siehe hierzu bitte unsere Stellenausschreibung der Funktion «Employee Safety Trainer & Expert (m/w/d)».

Das bringst Du mit:

Wir wenden uns an kommunikative Persönlichkeiten mit solidem technischem Verständnis und Wissen. Als unser/e Idealkandidat:in zeichnest Du Dich neben Deinen didaktischen Fähigkeiten durch Dein verbindliches und selbstsicheres Auftreten aus.

Des Weiteren verfügst Du über: 

eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Sicherheit etc.) mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheit in einer Branche mit hohen Sicherheitsstandards Erfahrung im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung eine Zertifizierung zum Trainer in der Erwachsenenbildung (optional) Ausbildung zur SFK von Vorteil (optional) fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) solide MS-Office-Kenntnisse eine genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität  ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten  Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 15%)


Um die Funktion vollumfänglich ausüben zu können, wird eine Ausbildung zum/zur Trainer:in in der Erwachsenenbildung benötigt. Die Ausbildungskosten hierfür werden für Dich als Mitarbeiter:in als Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahme von Schindler getragen.

Die Entlohnung entspricht der jeweiligen Einstufung laut Kollektivvertrag für die Metalltechnische Industrie und liegt bei mindestens € 3.591,87.brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
