  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von IAM-Strategien, Richtlinien und Verfahren, um die Sicherheit und den Datenschutz zu gewährleisten.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Implementierung und Verwaltung von IAM-Technologien und -Lösungen.
  • Durchführung von Risikobewertungen und Sicherheitsaudits im Zusammenhang mit IAM.
  • Verwaltung von Benutzeridentitäten, Zugriffsrechten und Berechtigungen.
  • Entwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Orchestrierungslösungen für IAM-Prozesse.
  • Bereitstellung von Schulungen und Unterstützung für interne Teams und Kunden in Bezug auf IAM-Best Practices.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Planung, Implementierung und Verwaltung von IAM-Lösungen.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von IAM-Technologien wie Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management usw.
  • Kenntnisse über Sicherheitsstandards und -verfahren (z.B. ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Erfahrung mit IAM-Tools und -Plattformen wie Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock usw.
  • Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in multidisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ sind von Vorteil.
