Support bei der End-to-End-Servicierung von HR Prozessen ( Erstellung von Arbeitsbestätigungen und Dienstzeugnissen, Arbeitszeitänderungen, etc.) Bearbeitung von HR-relevanten Fragen von Mitarbeiter*innen über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, Walk-in, Digitale HR Plattform) Projektsupport und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen Weitere Informationen:
 Beschäftigungsart: Befristet / Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (Flexible Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 06:00 und 19:00 Uhr)
Dauer: mind. 12 Monate
Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie ein motivierter und engagierter Studierender in den Bereichen Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ähnlichem sind. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über folgende Fähigkeiten:
Erste Berufserfahrung in Human Resources oder einem anderen kundenorientierten Bereich wünschenswert Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung, Detailgenauigkeit und hoher Qualitätsanspruch Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter und Angestellte der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie (Vollzeitbasis), Beschäftigungsgruppe B für Bachelorstudent*innen oder Beschäftigungsgruppe D für Masterstudent*innen
