Main Tasks

Digital Asset Management (50%): Design captivating visuals and graphics for the launch of all products, social media platforms, website assets, email campaigns, press releases, potential in-person events media and any other requested assets across various digital platformsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive visual identities for each IP and Partners, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelinesOptimize product imagery and layout for an enhanced user experienceOwn the digital asset library organization system (Dropbox) Video Asset Management (20%): Create video assets for product promotions and marketing campaigns, including editing and motion graphics Photoshoot Management (20%): Collaborate with photographers and stylists to plan and execute product photoshoots, ensuring high-quality imagery for digital useIn addition to photographs from these in person photoshoots, introduce video content for items and collection sizzle reelsCapture additional product shots and visuals, as needed Cross-Departmental Support (10%): Provide design support to other departments, including creating website mockups for the development team and product renders for the B2B team

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fieldProficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative digital design workExcellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesExperience with photography, video editing and motion graphics is a plus
