IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:

Organisation und Durchführung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses  Erstellung und Bereitstellung von strategischen Vertriebsplänen sowie Steuerung des Pre-Sales-Prozesses Starker Beitrag zum Gewinn- und Umsatzwachstum der Affiliate Group Aktive Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Verbesserung von Kund:innenbeziehungen  Analyse und aktives Management des Buying Centers  Verantwortung für Angebote an Kund:innen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams Unterstützung bei der Geschäftsplanung und -prognose sowie bei allen kommerziellen Aktivitäten mit Kund:innen Verantwortung für die Pflege des CRM-Systems (Accounts, Kontakte, Opportunities)  Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Segmenten und Account Manager:innen aus verschiedenen Regionen/Niederlassungen sowie mit anderen Bereichen (Mobility Technologies, Advanced Simulation Technologies) 

IHR PROFIL:

Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise Ingenieurwesen oder Technik Kenntnisse in der Automobilbranche, insbesondere der "New Energy" Technologien Mind. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem globalen B2B-Umfeld Vorzugsweise Vertriebserfahrung in einem technischen B2B-Umfeld Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise Fähigkeit mit komplexen technischen und sozialen Situationen umzugehen Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
