Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich
Unterstützung der HR Manager im HR-Tagesgeschäft rund um den Employee Lifecycle Allgemeine Personaladministration Unterstützung des Recruiting Prozesses, Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen und Erstellung von Vertragsunterlangen Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen Pflege der Personalakten und Stammdaten Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeiterfassung Ihre Qualifikationen
Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in der operativen Personalarbeit Eine aufgeschlossene, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Eigeninitiative Lernbereitschaft und Interesse sich praktische Erfahrungen im realen Arbeitsumfeld als Teamplayer und selbstständig anzueignen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Benefits
