Verantwortungsvolle Rolle in einem umfassenden SAP-Transformationsprojekt

Unser Kunde ist ein großes, überregional tätiges Energieunternehmen, das aktuell eine Vereinheitlichung seiner Unternehmensprozesse und eine umfassende SAP-Systemtransformation durchführt.   • Aufbau, Verwaltung und Steuerung aller Cut-Over-Prozesse zur erfolgreichen Migration und Inbetriebnahme des neuen SAP-Systems
  • Koordination von Aktivitäten und Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Rollen im Unternehmen, einschließlich Fachbereiche und IT
  • Erstellung detaillierter Cut-Over-Pläne sowie Identifikation und Erfassung aller relevanten Tätigkeiten für den Übergang
  • Leitung und Monitoring von Aufgaben während Migrations- und GoLive-Phasen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting und Status-Updates an das Projektmanagement, einschließlich Risikoanalyse und Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Durchführung von Reviews und Anpassung der Prozesse basierend auf Projektanforderungen und Rückmeldungen



  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (HTL, FH, Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung von IT-Prozessen in Projekten oder im laufenden Betrieb, idealerweise in großen IT- oder SAP-Projekten
  • Fundiertes Wissen in IT- und IT-Service-Prozessen und erste Erfahrungen im Cut-Over-Management von IT-Großprojekten
  • Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einer starken Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, auf Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren



  • Ein marktkonformes Bruttojahresgehalt ab EUR 70.000, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich
