Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Proaktive Unterstützung desProjektteams bei der Abwicklung von Kunden-, Konsortial-, Lieferantenverträgenund sonstigen Unteraufträgen unter Absicherung der vertraglichen Rechte undAnsprüche Durchführung von Vertragslesungenmit den Projektteams Erstellung einer projektbezogenenumfassenden Claim Strategie Aufsetzen und juristische Begleitungdes Claim- und Change-Order-Prozesses in Abwicklungsprojekten Rechtliche Beurteilung operativerRisiken, insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der internen Genehmigungsprozesseund Aufzeigen von Risikominimierungsmaßnahmen Unterstützung bei der Erstellungund Verhandlung von Lieferantenverträgen Unterstützung der Projektteamsbei der Durchsetzung bzw. Abwehr von Claims Führung einer durchgängigenzeitnahen Dokumentation von Claim-relevanten Ereignissen und Change-Orders inden dafür vorgesehenen Tools Unterstützung des Legal Counselbei der Aufbereitung von Argumentation und Beweisführung in streitigen undaußerstreitigen Verfahren

FachlicherHintergrund

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium(Master) der Fachrichtung Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einwirtschaftliches bzw. technisches Studium mit juristischer Grundlagenausbildung besonderes Interesse undfundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, idealerweise auch bereits ersteBerufserfahrung in diesem Umfeld Kenntnisse und praktischeErfahrungen in der Projektabwicklung von Vorteil Erfahrung im (internationalen)Projektgeschäft im Unternehmen von Vorteil

Was muss ich noch wissen?
Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation undBerufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertragbeträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 57.400,-. Je nach Ausbildungund Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Siemens als Großkonzern bietetdarüber hinaus weitere Sozialleistungen und Benefits. Die offene Position istab sofort zu besetzen.
