Global Overseas Sales Lead with native Chinese

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a specialization in commercial and industrial energy storage systems (ESS). The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of commercial ESS products and ground power station solutions. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the global industrial and commercial ESS landscape, including market positioning and conditions across various regions.
Note: This role is fully remote from anywhere in the following regions - North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East or Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive the company's global sales strategy for commercial ESS products, setting performance targets and developing business plans to meet sales goals.
- Analyze global market trends, product strategies, and marketing efforts to implement a successful market expansion plan in line with the company's global strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, improve satisfaction, and identify potential needs to enhance service offerings.
- Manage departmental costs and profits to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education.
- Proven expertise in commercial energy storage systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams from scratch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet demanding sales targets.
- Willingness to be based overseas long-term or split time between domestic and international locations, with frequent travel required.
