  • Leitung und Entwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams für eine renommierte Hotelkette.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und -verfahren.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Budgets und Prognosen.
  • Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung effektiver interner Kontrollen und Verfahren.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Finanzdaten zu analysieren und strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung und Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Monats - Quartals und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder ähnliches.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Finanzverwaltung, vorzugsweise im Hotel- oder Gastgewerbe.
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze und -verfahren.
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung und -entwicklung.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 76.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
