Take the opportunity to establish innovative sourcing processes for PCBAs that set new benchmarks. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Definition as well as cross-functional coordination and execution of sourcing category strategy incl. supplier strategies for global category PCBAs and PCBA componentsConduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the PCBA supply chainOngoing optimization of the respective category including supplier base in the global environment, ensuring the TCO approach, compliance requirements, quality and securing delivery datesIdentify and manage risks within the PCBA supply chain incl. development of contingency plans to ensure supply continuity during disruptionsPro-active and close cooperation with the respective departments and regional procurement teams to ensure consistent execution of the global category strategy (cross-functional and cross-regional)Independent preparation and execution of source-to-contract processes incl. market analysis, tenders and negotiations of (global) contractsManagement of the global supplier portfolio incl. their sustainable developmentControlling and reporting of purchasing projects by means of standardized KPIYOUR PROFILE:Completed commercial/technical education (University or University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on business administration, supply management, economics & law, industrial engineering, ideally in combination with electrical engineering or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a similar role specifically focused on electronics or PCBAs Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are advantageousExperience in working with international matrix organizations and multicultural project teamsExperience with operating in an SAP environmentTeam player with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levelsAbility to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and develop effective global sourcing strategiesBusiness fluent knowledge in German and EnglishWE OFFER:Various working time models, flextime and the possibility of working from homeContributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobilityA long-term and future-oriented workplaceFood trucks, snack bar and canteen with freshly cooked daily menus80% subsidy for public transportation costs or access to a personal parking spacePersonalized onboarding process including a mentoring systemAnnual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 66,500.00.
