Join the automation team at B&R- a member of the ABB Group.This position reports toDepartment LeadYour role and responsibilities• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans with timelines, milestones, and alignments to business goals.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Oversee cross-team dependencies, remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure quality standards.
• Release & Supplier Coordination: Ensure timely releases by coordinating with internal teams and managing external suppliers.
• Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison across departments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Agile Leadership (optional): Facilitate Agile practices to drive continuous team improvement.Qualifications for the roleExperience: 5+ years in project management, 3+ years in software development projects with cross-functional dependencies and supplier management.Supplier Management: Experience onboarding and managing external vendors, ensuring compliance.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities for managing stakeholders and teams.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, adaptable, and results-driven under tight deadlines.Organizational Skills: Skilled in time management, prioritization, and handling multiple projects.Certifications (PMP, CSM) a plus.More about usAt B&R – a member of the ABB Group, you can expect an exciting and challenging job with an individually tailored introductory training. In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of 4.215,39 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
