In der Abteilung Group Securities Services werden alle Wertpapiertransaktionen unserer Kund:innen abgewickelt. Von der Abrechnung, über das Settlement, bis zur Kupon- und Dividendenauszahlung, aber auch die Fondsadministration sowie das Securities Networkmanagement gehören zu dieser Abteilung.Als Tax Support Officer bist du Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kolleg:innen bei allen Fragen rund um steuerliche Dienstleistungen. Als Teil eines dynamischen Teams bist du für die schnelle und genaue steuerliche Beratung zu allen unseren Steuerdienstleistungen, -regelungen und -praktiken verantwortlich.

Deine Tasks
  • Unterstützung für das bestmögliche steuerliche Setup für das Produkt Wertpapier bei unseren Lagerstellen inkl. der Wartung aller dafür notwendigen Formulare und Dokumente
  • Untersuchung, Überwachung und Lösung von Fragen sowie Problemen
  • Aufbau interner und externer Beziehungen zu anderen Abteilungen, z. B. Betrieb, Kundendienst, Zusammenarbeit im gesamten Unternehmen
  • Hochwertige Kundenbetreuung und Beantwortung aller Kunden-Fragen bei Steuerzertifizierungsprozessen und/oder ihren Steuerrückforderungen
Dein Background
  • Erfolgreicher Studienschulabschluss im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder Recht
  • Zumindest 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Back-/Front Office
  • Du bist kundenorientiert und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), idealerweise fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel und Visual Basic
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Sprachen sind von Vorteil
