AVL List GmbH offers a job in Austria (AT) asAccount Manager New Energy f/m/dAs part of the "Affiliate Group" team, you are strongly contributing to our business success in a diversified market for the “Instrumentation & Test Systems” division. The Affiliate Group represents a network of different countries - Austria, Switzerland, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for established accounts and develop new business opportunities across the regions. That covers development of opportunities in new/emerging markets, accompanying customers in the technology transformation and explore potentials in other mobility areas or the energy sector.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Organization and execution of the entire sales process Creation and provision of strategic sales plans as well as control of the pre-sales processStrong contribution to the Affiliate Group’s profit and sales growthActive identification & development of business opportunitiesResponsible to establish and improve customer relationship Buying Center analysis and active management Responsible for offers to customers in close collaboration with the technical teamsSupporting Business Planning and Forecasting as well as all commercial activities with customersResponsibility for the maintenance of the CRM system (accounts, contacts, opportunities) Collaboration with Business Segments and Account Managers from other Regions/Affiliates as well as with other divisions (Mobility Technologies, Advanced Simulation Technologies)  YOUR PROFILE:Completed studies preferably engineering or technicalKnowledge of the Automotive Sector, in particular “New Energy” technologiesAt least 5 years of professional experience in a global B2B environmentPreferably sales experience in a B2B technical environmentVery good communication skills as well as a confident and convincing appearanceIndependent and proactive way of workingAbility to dealing with complex technical & social situationsBusiness fluent knowledge in English and GermanWE OFFER:Contributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobilityA long-term and future-oriented workplaceFood trucks, snack bar and canteen with freshly cooked daily menus80% subsidy for public transportation costs or access to a personal parking spaceEvents, e.g. summer festival, Oktoberfest, AVL Christmas parties or after-work eventsTraining and development programs for your individual career growthAnnual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 90,000.00.
