DescriptionWe are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d) to manage procurement activities for genset auxiliary systems. The successful candidate will have a key role within the INNIO Direct Material Procurement Team with procurement responsibilities for all auxiliary systems required to support the INNIO product range. The Direct Materials Procurement team at INNIO is responsible for all procurement activities which are required to ensure on-time delivery of cost effective materials which meet the highest standards in quality. The INNIO Procurement team are an essential part of INNIO’s operation as well as pivitol in ensuring that INNIO’s future products continue to exceed market and Customer expectations.At INNIO we offer you: An innovative and international working environmentA passionate team working together to develop Data Excellence at INNIORemote & flexible working time model (depending on position and role)Health We Care Program - including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport - station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Prepare and execute requests for proposals in close cooperation with the strategic buyersPrepare & manage supplier-related contractual documents, refine contract templates and manage contractual dataAssist in the preparation and follow-up of Supplier Improvement Plans in the event of poor supplier performanceConduct research on potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, pricing, and reputation. Assist in supplier performance evaluationsProactively support purchasing initiatives such as forecasting market trends and tracking Cost Savings Plans and Supply Chain Resilience ProjectsMaintaining and creating supplier master data in the system and clarifying open invoices regarding price variancesAct as a point of contact for our suppliers and internal partners such as the planning and logistics team, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive internal and external relationshipsYour Profile:Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or in a technical field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical or process engineering)An excellent technical aptitude, professional experience in purchasing or have corresponding experience in a support or specialist function in the supply chainStrong organizational skills, experience in project management combined with teamwork, willingness to learn and commitmentStrong customer service mindset and communication skillsStructured and systematic approach and are eager to question and continuously improve existing processesFluent in German and English, further language skills are a plusVery good MS-Office skills with an advanced level in Excel The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.207,73 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
