In this key role, you will shape the future of our customer service experience by harnessing advanced technologies to deliver greater satisfaction, seamless accessibility, and operational excellence.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage internal and external teams of development engineers and scientists, while developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery, and proactively identify and mitigate risks Translating business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with business needs, stakeholder expectations and portfolio managementDevelop and execute a strategic roadmap for the development and deployment of digital self-service solutions, fitting into the customer services strategyPrimary point of contact for business and process owners in the Customer Service domain, including stakeholders from the business sector, technical experts, and external partners, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and communicationHarmonize existing digital activities, tools, and processes while coordinating digital innovation activities and service solutions across teamsYOUR PROFILE:Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Informatics/Telematics or a related fieldAt least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital services or customer services projectsKnowledge in SW development coding and methods as well as Digital ServicesExperience in Cloud technologies (preferably Azure Cloud Services)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skillsBusiness fluent knowledge in German and EnglishWE OFFER:Various working time models, flextime and the possibility of working from homeContributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobilityFood trucks, snack bar and canteen with freshly cooked daily menus80% subsidy for public transportation costs or access to a personal parking spaceTraining and development programs for your individual career growthEmployee discounts for various offers and servicesAnnual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 65,000.00.
