DescriptionThis role is responsible for supporting the further accounting activities compliant with INNIO’s Accounting Policies.At INNIO we offer you:An innovative and international working environmentFlexible working time modelHealth We Care Program – including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport – station in direct proximityTransportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Coordinates the Audit of the Group Financial Statements and the Austrian audits Supports with guidance on accounting estimates and specific accruals (e.g. personnel and other accruals) Performs closing related activities on a monthly basis Supports the preparation of the group financial statements in accordance with IFRS with audit related documentation (e.g. audit sample documentation) Provides guidance on accounting related topics to other INNIO functions (Business partnering) Supports the broader Finance Team in various projects (incl. system and process setups) Provides training and coaching support during the groups risk cycles  Assists in advancing INNIO's Accounting Policies and the annual reassessment of Internal Controls scoping.Your Profile:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / or equivalent (Master appreciated) or economic education with sufficient years of work experience (HAK or equivalent)Relevant work experienceSolid IFRS knowledge & Oracle/other ERP experienceExcellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of dataFluent in English and GermanA valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)At INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
