With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Quality Manager Magna Europe (m/f/d) based in Graz.Your ResponsibilitiesMonitoring, providing feedback and assisting Magna Europe divisions with actions plans to improve quality. Audit and assess manufacturing processes, recommend solutions to divisions and group management.Participate and/or lead problem solving activitiesSupport and follow up with divisions under customer escalationsSupport global/EU management with reporting activities and follow up on underperforming divisionsConduct but not limited to IATF16949 and or VDA6.3 audits for fresh eyes reviewsConduct reverse FMEA work shops Support divisions on use of customer systemsMonitor MQS implementation across the groups and conduct certification/calibration auditsLead MQS improvement activities together with the global teamPerforms other duties as requiredDevelop and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customersMentor quality personal in divisions to improve efficiencyProvides ideas for continuous improvement of Magna processes and quality systemsAdherence to Magna’s Corporate Constitution, Employee Charter, Code of Conduct, etc.Who we are looking forMinimum 10 years work-related experience in an automotive environment at Leadership level Cross EU/International work experience Certified IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditorExperience on CSR BMW, VW, Mercedes,…Experience on MAFACT & MQS Experience on Shainin Red X, 6sigma Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skillsMust be proficient in computer use, including Statistical Techniques & methodologiesMust possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. The minimum annual remuneration package for this position is EUR 65.000,- with corresponding qualification.
